Redefine Success Post Pandemic

Our conventional definition of success is summarised in the Merriam- Webster dictionary as 'the attainment of wealth, favour, or eminence’. But what does success truly mean, especially after our experience with Covid-19? What are the narratives that we tell ourselves about success? And which among these narratives are we bringing into our new normal after the pandemic?

About Stephen Dargan
Stephen spent 10 years managing and learning how motivation and behaviour impacts the way we work.
Stephen studied the concept that if we created happier working environments who would benefit and what would those benefits be? Greater employee engagement, lower employee turnover, increased profits and employees with lower stress levels.
So for the past 10 years Stephen has championed organisations that create happier workplaces. Working with leaders in organisations to shape a happier modern working environment.
He also runs the Happy workplace Ireland conference now in its 5th year. Where organisations as diverse as Tony’s Chocolonely, Innocent drinks and Airbnb have shared how they have transformed the world of work for the better.
He also co presents the WOW at work Podcast with Liliana Ashton and co runs the Happyworkplacehub, a community for those wishing to understand and create happier working cultures.
