Denise started her recruitment career with REED back in the 80s then set up a boutique recruitment consultancy in the early 90s.  She grew it from scratch to 24 staff, with an annual turnover of c£4 million before selling in 2003.  In the early 2000's she launched RITE as a stand-alone subsidiary business, on behalf of the REC - the UK’s first industry-specific enterprise support service, designed solely for Recruitment Industry micro businesses and SMEs. These days she offers tailored and bespoke training with consultancy, coaching and mentoring to recruitment business owners.

Matt's career within the recruitment industry started in 2013 when he became Sales Director of Innovantage and then of Volcanic.  After those two highly successful roles he established his own, already thriving, recruitment agency back in 2018.
