It’s time to antispin all the things! Antispin flowers happen when we move the hand in the opposite direction that the poi is spinning in, resulting in flowers with tight, narrow petals that have a unique and eye-catching visual flair. In this unit we’ll learn a couple different approaches to getting down antispin flowers and how we can use these flowers to spice up our poi dance!
