I am back home for the time being, but I have a lot of travel planned for the upcoming weeks and months, including castings and preparations for future projects.  

I will offer my daily routine of mindfulness yoga whenever the circumstances allow me. This takes place every weekday at 9 am CET.

All Naked Companions, Artists and Summer Residents of the Naked Theatre (Click the link to subscribe.) have free access to the live sessions.  

All Naked Fellows and  benefactors of the Naked Theatre have free access to the replays of the live sessions.

Proceeds from the sessions will be used to fund the Naked Theatre Summer Retreat.  By taking care of your body and mind, you're also supporting the Hour of Truth Artists, helping to finalise their solo at the Summer Retreat.
