Dr. Paul Hammond is a Pediatric Gastroenterologist (MBBS, DCH, FRACP) and Senior Staff Specialist at the Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide, Australia, where he has practiced since 1999. He also consults at Pediatrics SA in North Adelaide. Dr. Hammond's clinical expertise spans inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, eosinophilic oesophagitis, food allergies and intolerances, and liver and nutritional disorders. He regularly presents research at Australian and international conferences and is actively involved in training medical students, pediatric trainees, and gastroenterology fellows.

Dr. Charmaine Chai is a Pediatric Gastroenterologist and Consultant at the Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide, Australia. After completing her medical degree at the University of Adelaide, she spent two years at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London specialising in neurogastroenterology and motility, followed by further training in liver disease and transplantation at the Children's Hospital at Westmead in Sydney. Dr. Chai returned to Adelaide in 2022 and manages a broad range of pediatric GI conditions, with particular expertise in motility disorders and the gut-brain axis in children. She also consults in private practice at Adelaide Pediatrics.
