At this event, Charlotte Ravenscroft, who authored ‘Ready for Retrofit: an analysis of local skills improvement plans in England’ will present her latest report on the development of local retrofit skills. The new report, 'Closing the Retrofit Skills Gap', commissioned by Gatsby Foundation, Ashden and the National Retrofit Hub (NRH) is based on an analysis of local skills improvement plan progress updates (2024), and interviews with training providers.

We will also hear from North East Institute of Technology and Abingdon and Witney College on their progress on delivering retrofit skills.
