Root to Rise Yoga Class with Niomi

Join me for a 60-minute “Root to Rise” practice, designed to ground your energy and build a steady confidence from within.
Through grounding and energising yoga asana, mindful meditation, and focused breathwork, you’ll create a solid foundation from which to rise into your personal power.
We’ll begin with a centring warm-up, followed by invigorating sun salutations, and a strong standing sequence to cultivate stability, strength, and balance.
The practice will wind down with restorative poses to anchor your energy and integrate the confidence you’ve built. Together, we’ll create a space where you can root yourself deeply, rise tall, and leave feeling empowered, steady, and ready to step into your fullest expression.
Level
This practice is an energising flow, so some yoga experience is advised. The class is suitable for all levels, with modifications and gentle guidance to support your journey of grounding and rising into your personal power. This practice will help you cultivate steady confidence, embrace your inner strength, and foster a deeper connection with yourself.
Additional Mat Talk
At the end of each session, we’ll have the chance for an optional reflective discussion about the class theme. This is an opportunity to delve deeper into our experiences and insights. You can ask questions in the Chat, or request to join me on screen by clicking 'raise hand'.
Prepare
Come with a yoga mat, blocks, your journal, and an open heart.
