Fearless Flow Yoga Class with Niomi

Join me for a 60-minute "Fearless Flow," designed to help you release fear and create more space for love, bliss, and abundance in your life.

Through dynamic yoga asana, mindful meditation, and empowering breathwork, you'll be guided to overcome limitations and reconnect with your true essence.

We’ll start with a grounding warm-up, followed by energising sun salutations, an empowering standing sequence to build strength, energy, and balance, and conclude with a restorative cool-down. Together, we’ll cultivate a space where you can reconnect with your inner light, leaving the mat feeling empowered, open-hearted, and ready to embrace the fullness of life.

Level
This practice is suitable for all levels, offering modifications and gentle guidance to support your journey back to your true essence. Beginners are welcome, but some yoga experience is advised. Whether you’re new to yoga or have some experience, this practice will help you embrace your inner strength and connect deeply with yourself.

Additional Mat Talk
At the end of each session, we’ll have the chance for an optional reflective discussion about the class theme. This is an opportunity to delve deeper into our experiences and insights.

Prepare
Come with a yoga mat, blocks, your journal, and an open heart.
