UnlistedThis is a series of interactive sessions to help employers learn the why's and how's of recruiting with virtual job fairs produced by MNSchoolJobs.org in the Winter and Spring months of 2024.
Here's what you'll find in this series.
Employer Information Sessions: Big-picture sessions for district leaders and recruiters to get an understanding of where virtual job fairs fit into their talent attraction toolkit. Learn what recruitment marketing techniques we use and the type of job seekers they (the employer) might expect to meet at a virtual event.Attendeed will understand what is included with registration in the MNSchoolJobs.org events and have a chance to ask questions. One-hour sessions held periodically from January to April.
Booth Owner Orientations: Instructional sessions for employer contacts who have registered to participate in a job fair and are responsible for coordinating activities essential to successful outcomes. One-hour sessions. Three held in the weeks leading up to each event.
Representative Training: Fast-paced instructional sessions for those individuals that will act as recruiters to connect with potential candidates before, during, and after each virtual job fair. 30-minute sessions. Three held in the two weeks preceding each event.
