you can be naked...or if you're going to be clothed, I would advise wearing loose-fitting clothing

You DO NOT need to be 'coordinated' to participate and practice this ritual. It's INTUITIVE...

Which also means it doesn't have to look sexy, choreographed or cohesive...

It can look and feel silly, angry, sad, ecstatic, joyful, playful...

There is no right or wrong...this is all about developing healthy two-way communication with your body so that you become better acquainted with your body's cues, desires, needs...

Where you're better able to respond from a place of compassion and love. Where movement nourishes and nurtures your body.
