Zainab Hafiz is a Talent Development Leader, Learning Consultant, Facilitator, and Instructional Designer based out of the San Francisco Bay Area.

A recent panelist on our Women of L&D Conference, Zainab is the L&D Manager at Cupertino Electric and leads the design and execution of organizational learning strategy.

Currently, Zainab is working on a new employee onboarding program with a focus on cultural integration and is also working on a DEI program.

She is leading the charge in creating a culture of learning at her organization and we are very excited to talk with her!
