Bobbi Losee Vernon is a senior learning architect with Global Skills X-Change (GSX).  She is keenly interested in using service design and change management best practices to inform the totality of a learner’s experience.  She applies user-centric strategic design and instructional design to integrate with the learning function while being responsible for the overall GSX learning experience design.

Preceding GSX, Bobbi spent over 20 years in the adult learning space.  During that time, she managed a global training portfolio for the member society network at CFA Institute.
