Designing learning that works. That's what Miguel "Miggy" Baranda's mission for the last ten years has been. Originally a special-needs and English teacher, Miggy  transitioned to L&D in 2014 and hasn't looked back.

Having collaborated with colleagues in New Zealand, Australia, Asia, and Europe, he loves maximizing tools, resources, and talents that gets the work done, makes learners grow, and clients happy.
