Jorja Palmer
Jorja oversees PitchBook San Francisco's growing operations and regional Customer Success team in addition to leading the Global Middle Market Account Management team. This includes strategy development and execution, headcount and compensation planning, goal setting and alignment, rep workflows, and beyond. She began her career at PitchBook's Seattle headquarters in 2014 before opening the San Francisco office in 2017. Jorja is passionate about customer-centric selling, helping her team grow professionally, leadership development and supporting women in and outside of the workplace. She enjoys trips to wine country, tennis and hikes with her dog.
Josie Harvey is the Head of Customer Success at FullStory, where she leads a team of experts dedicated to digital experience strategy and best practices. With roots in the Atlanta tech scene - including tours with Pardot and Salesforce - she’s passionate about helping businesses drive value for their customers at every stage and size.
