Successfully supporting the international student journey from end to end

By The PIE

International education transforms lives and fulfils the aspirations of millions of students every year, but their journeys are not without complication or pitfall.

In this webinar, we will examine the institutional best practice that is needed to provide a great and successful experience for them.

We will be asking what institutions need to do beyond and after recruitment to improve the experience and outcomes for international students.

And we will explore some of the innovative mechanisms universities and their partner organisations are adopting to support an enhanced international student experience, including tools to support belonging and future success, alongside improvements in retention.

Recruitment should not be an end in itself, and should be the start of a deep, long-term commitment by institutions.

We will unpack students’ needs and expectations from listening to them and hearing what they want.

Our panellists are experts in their fields who are proactively putting interventions in place to ensure smooth transitions, EDI and successful employability outcomes.

This webinar will be of interest to all stakeholders in international higher education who are keen to understand best practice in supporting international student success throughout their transition to the UK and their broader student journey.
