The world of leadership today in the Civil Service requires new skill sets such as Coaching, Mentoring and Mediation. This introductory session will focus on looking at each of these skills and their key benefits and differences There will be a focus on both leading teams directly and also remotely, using your experience of working. 

All Sessions will be delivered by Phil Denning. Phil is a retired Civil Servant and was a member of the FDA's National Executive for several years. He is an experienced trainer and educator by profession and regularly delivers training for the FDA, STUC and TUC.
