Joe Wells has nearly a decade of fermentation experience, from Hangar 24 Craft Brewery in Southern California to Bench Brewing in Ontario, Canada. He is currently the Lead Brewer at Fair State Brewing Cooperative in Minnesota, working with a dedicated team to produce world class lagers, IPAs, and Pastry Stouts.
