Your clients are already using AI. Most of them are asking you which tool to buy. Without a structure, every one of those requests becomes a one-off conversation that doesn't go anywhere.

An AI steering committee fixes that. The client forms a small team with an executive sponsor, and you facilitate a monthly meeting where real business problems come first and tools come second.

We'll show you how to pitch it to a client owner and how to run it once they say yes, including:

Who belongs on the team, and how to keep it small for an 8–20 person company

The 60-minute monthly agenda and what each part should produce

Which decisions stay with the team and which go to leadership

Built for MSP owners, vCIOs, and account managers. Get to see the Team Charter, Facilitator Playbook and Enablement Workbook ready to use with your first client.
