How to Say NO

By WISE

Join Lucy Sharma (Adyen), Meghan Lussier (Datadog), and Cassie Yettru (WISE) as they dive into:
  • How to professionally choose which projects you do and do not participate in
  • Ways to set boundaries across your professional and personal lives
  • Overcoming the guilt often associated with saying no
We'll wrap up the discussion with a Q&A, so come with questions!

About Our Speakers
Lucy Sharma is a Payments professional working for Adyen, a Dutch FinTech, with over 6 years experience in the industry. Throughout her career she has always worked in Account Management and Sales roles. She has a collaborative and direct style. She is a people pleaser who enjoys delivering projects for merchants and partnering with them over the long term. Lucy has made the transition from London to New York late last year, which has been a challenge over Zoom, and she's now leading a team remotely for their NYC office.
Meghan Lussier is a Manager of Customer Success at Datadog. She leads a team of CSMs as they focus on retaining and growing Datadog’s existing customers. Meghan has 10 years of customer facing experience, previously working at Forrester Research and Pepsi Beverages Company in direct sales roles. When Meghan isn’t focusing on Datadog’s growing customer base you will find her spending time with her husband, their 6 month old son, and dog Jackson.
