Schedules are one of the most powerful features in Revit. Schedules provide direct access to model data and give you a data-driven view of your model. But schedules can do more than just report data. They can also calculate and react to model data. These "smart schedules" bridge the gap between the "I" and the "M" of BIM.

In this workshop, you will learn how to super-charge your Revit schedules using calculated values. You will learn how to apply conditional logic so your schedule can react to model changes.  You will also learn how to apply conditional formatting to highlight specific conditions. Finally, we will discuss some of the limitations of Revit schedules and I will show you a new tool you can use to bypass many of them.
