Home to Self Yoga Class with Niomi

Join me for a nurturing 60-minute “Home to Self Yoga Flow,” a journey back to your authentic essence through mindful movement and breath.

In this session, we’ll explore the practice of returning to our true selves, inviting you to reconnect with who you really are beneath the layers of daily life. It’s our true essence that reveals our inner wisdom, power, and magic. If you’ve been feeling stuck recently, this flow is for you.

We’ll begin with grounding poses and meditation to set an intention of coming home to self, followed by an intentional flow that moves through a dynamic sequence of asanas, embodying stability, strength, and balance.

Through each pose and breath, you’ll be encouraged to go within to rediscover your inner sanctuary, finding presence in each movement. This practice will empower you to tap into your inner strength while staying rooted in authenticity and self-compassion.

Our flow will end with restorative poses, inviting a state of deep relaxation and integration, leaving you feeling grounded, centred, and connected to the essence of who you truly are.

Together, we create an empowering space to honour your journey back home to ‘you’, allowing you to leave feeling aligned with a renewed sense of knowing.

Level
This practice features a nurturing flow with challenging poses and transitions at times, so some yoga experience is advised. Modifications will be provided to suit your level and support your journey of coming home to yourself.

Additional Mat Talk
At the end of each session, we’ll have the chance for an optional reflective discussion about the class theme. This is an opportunity to delve deeper into our experiences and insights. You can ask questions in the Chat, or request to join me on screen by clicking 'raise hand'.

Prepare
Come with a yoga mat, blocks, your journal, and an open heart.
