Everett Public Library has teamed up with the expert mixologists from Revolution by the Barrel to present a free workshop on crafting the perfect holiday mocktails and cocktails.

Join Nigel Lindsey, owner and chief mixologist for a cozy at-home date night or a virtual happy hour with friends.  Lindsey will share tips, techniques, and fun facts so you can master the art of mixology.

If you miss out on a free kit, the same mocktail and cocktail kits are available to purchase directly from Revolution by the Barrel. Revolution by the Barrel is an Everett-based craft cocktail catering company that creates culture through events and craft cocktails.

Lime juice .75 oz.
Cranberry juice 1 oz.
Simple syrup .75 oz.
Cinnamon stick
Ginger beer
Rosemary sprig
Fresh cranberries

Directions:
 Combine the simple syrup, lime juice, cinnamon stick, and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Pour into a collins glass over ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprig.

Pineapple juice 1 oz.
Orange juice 1 oz.
Lemon juice .75 oz.
Sparkling apple cider
Fresh mint

Directions:
Combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Pour into a rocks glass over ice. Top with sparkling cider and garnish with fresh mint.
