Which identity and access functions are genuinely helping us achieve the goals of zero trust?
How can organizations avoid letting perfection be the enemy of "very good" when implementing zero trust?
What are the concrete benefits of implementing even partial zero trust elements, and how can CISOs make the case for incremental improvements?
What lessons have been learned from real-world zero trust implementations that didn't go perfectly?
Given the limitations, what should organizations realistically aim for in their zero-trust journey?
Why do we often mock or malign the term zero trust, and is there a better way to communicate the concept that avoids the baggage?
Are there ways to reframe the zero-trust conversation to focus more on practical steps and less on the buzzword?
