Our topic of discussion will be Hacking the Conversation about Risk: An hour of critical thinking about how to elevate communication with the business.

In preparation for our discussion, think about the following:
- How do you effectively communicate cyber risk within your enterprise?
- What strategies do you use to ensure everyone understands the severity and implications of different risks?
- How do you tailor your risk communication to different stakeholders such as managers, boards, and engineering teams? What are some of the key differences in your approach when speaking to these groups?
- What are some typical challenges you have faced when communicating risk?
- How do you make the risk conversation more impactful and engaging?
- What can you do to get buy-in from all levels of the organization?
- How do risk conversations change as an organization matures? How does M&A activity impact this?
