Security leaders spend careers thinking about how data gets exfiltrated and misused. With AI tools, how much visibility do we have for where our data is going?

Writing, research, synthesis, communication: Do any of these get meaningfully better with AI productivity tools, or just faster?

What's the last-mile problem with AI-generated work? Who owns the gap between what the tool produces and what you'll ultimately send?

At what point do you stop spot-checking AI output and start trusting it? And what does that transition look like in practice?

If you're not using these tools yourself, what does that signal to the rest of your team?
