"Hacking Job Stagnation" - Super Cyber Friday

Our topic of discussion will be “Hacking Job Stagnation: An hour of critical thinking about what to do when you're stuck in a rut.”

- Is it better to seek out new roles within your current organization when you feel stuck, or should you look externally? How do you weigh the pros and cons of each option?
- How much does company culture contribute to feelings of job stagnation? What can employees do if they feel their organization's culture is holding them back?
- What strategies can help professionals reignite their passion for their work? How do you find purpose in your role again after feeling disengaged?
- How can you differentiate between job stagnation and burnout? What steps should be taken if your career rut is actually linked to deeper mental health issues?
- Could saying no to certain projects or tasks actually help combat job stagnation? How can setting boundaries reignite your sense of control and engagement in your work?
- How should someone re-evaluate their long-term career goals when they feel stuck? What frameworks or tools can help people align their day-to-day tasks with their bigger career ambitions?
