Our topic of discussion will be “Hacking the Evolving DDoS: An hour of critical thinking about the changing threats to service availability.”

In preparation for our discussion, think about the following:
- What are the newest threats to service availability, DDoS or otherwise?
- Where are we seeing attacks coming from? Is this changing?
- What are some unexpected consequences of newer DDoS attacks?
- Why does the increased reliance on automation make DDoS defense all the more imperative? Does this change how we keep humans in the loop?
- Has the motivation for DDoS attacks changed over time?
- What industries are we seeing most impacted by service availability attacks?
- How do you us threat intelligence in your DDoS prevention strategy?
