- How do you handle tuning your systems to reduce noise without compromising visibility?
- How do you balance automation with human oversight in alert management?
- How do you ensure communication between SOC teams and other business units during alert escalations?
- As attacks become more sophisticated, how do you expect SOC alert management to evolve in the next 5 years?
