This section in the Course goes right to the heart of why we are so fearful of awakening to our true nature as the guiltless Son (s) of God. We will explore the ego’s version of guiltlessness and how opposite it is to true guiltlessness. Why are we afraid of truth? What do we believe will happen once we fully accept ourselves as God created us?  What truly brings us the protection we seek? These questions and more will be answered in this class. We will also discuss what this section says about the way to remember God and truly understand that holding on to the ego doesn’t bring us what we think it does. Our ideas of ourselves have been completely twisted around to make what is unreal real. We will go into depth on this subject and get to the root of fear and also its undoing.
