A Grok Bot is an AI agent with its own computer. You give it a task from your computer (or phone!), close the app, and it keeps working while you write. In this workshop, you will build a team of Grok Bots that handle the non-writing parts of your publishing business, and every bot will already know how to do things the Novel Marketing way.

Kickoff prompts for over a dozen bots. Each bot comes with a multi-page kickoff prompt built on best practices from the Novel Marketing Podcast and the Christian Publishing Show. Anyone who wants more time to write and is willing to pay money to save time. You do not need to be technical. If you can send a text message, you can direct a Grok Bot. But Grok Bot does cost a monthly subscription to use.

Do I need a paid Grok account? Yes. Grok Bots require a Grok subscription. Check Grok.com for current plans.

Do I need to be a patron to use the Patron Toolbox section?Connecting the toolbox to your bots requires a Novel Marketing patron account. Everything else in the workshop works without one.

What if I can't attend live? Register anyway. You will get the replay and the transcript, and you can submit questions ahead of time.

Will the bots write my book? No. Each kickoff prompt tells the bot to stay out of your manuscript. The bots handle marketing, admin, and publishing tasks so you can do the writing.

Is this a recording of the free episode? No. The free episode showed one bot doing one task. This workshop builds the full team and teaches you how to run it.

Are the bots ready to use, or do I have to build them? You paste in the kickoff prompt, help the bot log in to your accounts the first time, and it takes it from there. Expect about ten minutes of setup per bot.
