This class will focus on one of the most powerful avenues of healing there is - the power of gratitude. Because we get what we focus on, being grateful helps in changing our perception from fear to love.

Being in a place of gratitude brings us healing and happiness. It helps us remember our wholeness. Gratitude is the result of remembering the truth about ourselves and others. It helps bring us back to sanity and connect to our inner wisdom! Practicing gratitude accelerates our awakening and enables peace, joy and Love to come back into our awareness.
