Grace Ling is the founder of Design Buddies, a global community she launched in April 2020 to support and connect designers at all stages of their careers. What began as a small Slack group has grown to over 150,000 members worldwide, offering mentorship, portfolio reviews, virtual events, and resources to help designers land jobs and build their skills. In addition to community building, Grace creates educational design content, illustrates, speaks at conferences, and competes as a runner. She is based in San Francisco.
