Gold/Silver Breakout - When?

Gold/Silver The Breakout is coming but WHEN!??
This past week we have seen both gold and silver shoot up, come back down and then regain territory. I have been on record for years with my prediction for Silver to shoot up to around $100 before it is wrested back down in price and THEN we will see the really serious Silver breakout moves. We are getting close to this series of events and I will cover it in this call - including expected timeframes.
