Tokens are trending! Once considered an exclusive tool of the fintech, tokens, blockchain and other digital assets are now key components of Proptech. By way of example, the Dubai Land Department announced its tokenization initiative, they describe it as enabling “investors to co-own real estate through digital assets recorded on the blockchain.” Similar initiatives exist elsewhere and are expected to soon take off in Miami!
