Foundational Research Basics

Foundational research is what informs every part of an effective UI/UX design project. This 1-hour session will cover the basics of foundational research for beginner UX designers or graphic designers transitioning into UX. You will learn how to conduct background research, develop a research plan, write a discussion guide, and recruit the right research participants. (40-minute talk + 20 minutes for Q&A)
