In this special 30 minute, pre-event forum, the Toronto Public Library invites the public to share their thoughts, questions and personal stories to inform the forthcoming event with Dr. Carl Hart on April 26 at 7pm EST.

In his new book, Drug Use for Grown-Ups, Dr. Carl Hart proposes we reconsider how we look at drug policy and, more importantly, people who use drugs, to revolutionize how we collectively approach substance use disorder.
