Paul Carlson is a principal with CliftonLarsonAllen in the Life Science segment of the Healthcare and Life Science industry group. He joined CliftonLarsonAllen in 2014 and provides assurance and tax services to privately-held clients in the manufacturing and life science sectors. Paul works closely with organizations to navigate intricate financial landscapes, focusing on revenue recognition, equity-based payment awards, and business combinations.
Paul and the team at CLA prioritize collaboration and strategizing with companies at various stages, adding financial clarity from pre-revenue startups to those surpassing $100 million in revenue.
Paul specializes in financial statement audits, reviews and compilations as well as business and individual tax services, buy side quality of earnings and sell side quality of earnings.
