I invite you to join me for my first ever online naked yoga class!

For those of you who have never done yoga before, this will be a great introductory class and it will be totally beginner-friendly :)

For those of you who are, perhaps, a little more practiced in yoga but have never done it naked before (either because there are no classes near you or because you have been too nervous to attend), this will be a great way to try it out whilst being able to do so in the privacy of your own space :)

I am going to be bringing you as much of the well-known ambience I create in my live and in-person classes as I possibly can.

I have hired a beautiful space to film this in and cannot wait to have you there with me...whether it be live or on replay if you can't make it live.

💖WHAT TO BRING:
 - Yourself, an open mind and a positive attitude
 - A mat
 - A towel (to lay on the mat for groundwork and poses)
 - A bottle of water if you wish

 💖 THE EXTRA BITS:
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years now, and have been a certified yoga teacher for over 3 years now 😁

💖 WHY YOGA? WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
As a practicing yogi and qualified yoga teacher, I have come to understand that yoga is a journey through which we learn to reconnect with our inner light of awareness. For me, it has been a path of positive transformation spanning the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Teaching yoga is a way for me to help facilitate this inward journey. It is a form of guidance through which I am able to help inspire others to rediscover and strengthen this mind-body-heart-soul connection. Doing it naked and in our most natural state adds an element of freedom, liberation, authenticity and vulnerability.

 Benefits of yoga:
 • Helps to improve strength and flexibility of the body
 • Increases our ability to transcend the noise of the mind
 • Better equipped to attain inner-peace and calmness
 • Sharpens mental focus
 • Teaches us important values such as compassion
 • So many more!! Join me and discover it for yourself ;)

I hope to see as many of you live as possible...and remember, if you can't make it live, you can always watch the replay :)
