📢 Speakers:
- Rui Quintas Barbosa, Junior Software Engineer @ Farfetch Rui is an engineer with a passion for developing innovative and efficient programs. Enthusiastic and innovative, he loves acquiring new skills and knowledge of tools. He works as a Junior Software Engineer at Farfetch, since 2020, solving complex technical problems, creating ways to make the life of other engineers easier, and applying the best practices, throughout the whole Engineering area.
- Emanuel Marques, Senior Software Engineer @Farfetch Emanuel Marques is a Senior Software Engineer at Farfetch, a company he has been at since the beginning of his career. Starting as a trainee in the first edition of Farfetch Graduates Programme in 2016, he kept growing as a professional and is now leading an engineering team of six people. Holder of a Master's degree from ISEP - School of Engineering, Polytechnic of Porto, Emanuel finished his degree while already working at Farfetch, allowing him to learn from both the industry and academia.
- Mário Barbosa, Senior Engineering Manager @ FarfetchMário Barbosa is currently executing the role of Senior Engineering Manager at Farfetch, being responsible for coordinating 6 multidisciplinary teams, totaling 35 people. He started his career in 2006 as a Test Process Engineer in a major multinational German company on the RAM Memory manufacturing area, having had several different work experiences, from Software Test Engineer to Software Developer, starting at Farfetch in 2015 as a Software Engineer, passing through Engineering Lead, until the role he has today.He has a Degree on Electronics and Computers Engineering from the Engineering Faculty of the University of Porto (FEUP).
