Motorspot Engineer Louise Laidler will be delving into the basics of how a Formula One Car works, including the importance of Downforce, Drag Reduction System (DRS), Material Selection, Tyres and Safety and how all these key factors come together to create a Formula One Car. Alongside the designing and building of a Formula One Car, she will also be discussing the role of a Race Engineer, Race Strategy Engineer and the importance of these roles that assist the driver and team in winning races. One not to be missed!
