Dorota Langner is a certified Learning, Education and Instructional Design professional with broad experience across various industries, countries and continents. She has been working in small companies (public and private), NGOs and multinational corporations.

Her passion and life purposes are education, to help people achieve their goals, fill their performance gaps and grow to reach their potential. It gives her true joy when as a result of the initiative she creates or a professional development conversation, people become more confident, capable and motivated.
