- how to teach this technique at corporate, community and private events
- instant access to replays for those who can't attend live or want to revisit the material
After this training, you’ll be empowered to:
- Confidently teach any group or class in the Stitch Meditation practice in-person and on-line.
- Build healthy communities through sharing the techniques and benefits of stitch meditation in a wide variety of avenues; health, spiritual, veterans, disabled and disadvantaged populations and mental health groups
- Build trust and confidence quickly as you start teaching this incredible technique.
- Authorization to teach the Stitch Meditation® method and use the name in your class materials
