Join us and meet Lisa Crockett! Lisa will be sharing her experiences as an L&D Professional, as well as discussing her upcoming series she'll be hosting with Monique St Paul, called Intersections in Learning & Development.

Lisa has more than 25 years of progressive experience building effective people programs in high profile companies across industries including Consumer Goods, Publishing, High-Tech, and Healthcare.

She is an experienced business leader and certified Six Sigma Project Manager, Professional Development Coach, and Digital Learning Designer.

Over her career Lisa has successfully produced events, created/delivered presentations to groups of 2 to 2000, managed people and projects (local to enterprise), designed/produced and facilitated learning (digital, virtual, live), led a Human Resources department, and coached students, professionals, and entrepreneurs.

Her diverse background has given her the opportunity to develop a unique blend of skills, resources, creativity, and passion for enabling high performance.

Her mission in forming EngageTHEM is to provide entrepreneurs and small-medium sized businesses affordable resources for creating learning strategy, custom digital content, and professional development coaching.
