Joanna is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Registered Nurse who loves food. Her passion for digestive health stems from a lifelong battle with IBS which has taught her both how hard it is to live with unpredictable gut symptoms and how life changing it can be when food sensitivities are well managed.
