Rather than producing media without any specific outcomes, Chaos Sessions sits at the centre of an evolving applied research and development strategy. 

This work is driven by an assumption that there are no experts in Substrate's sovereign social networks and that the best way to understand the technology's latent potential is through sustained grass-roots contribution, critical analysis and creative experimentation. 

Insights gained through this process form foundations for shaping an emergent network strategy.  

This strategy leads to the development of specific projects, initiatives and experiments, stewarded by an emerging collective of talent united by a shared set of values rather domain based expertise.
