Burning Man 2021 was officially "cancelled," yet thousands of Burners still came together to the playa this year and participated in a truly decentralized gathering that perhaps embodied the Burning Man ethos more than ever before.

Join us for a virtual recap of the most unique Burning Man to date! We will be using a "fishbowl conversation" format, blurring the lines between speakers and audience by rotating people in.

📷Adam Eidinger is a 15 year Burner, cofounder of Foam Home Camp, and a 2021 attendee. In the default world, he was treasurer for DC’s successful Decriminalize Nature campaign in 2020 as well as proposer of DC’s marijuana legalization initiative in 2014 that passed.

Monera Mason is a creative mischief-maker, who is most happy in artistic fellowship. Her work includes: starting questionable cults with notorious software gurus, writing immersive narratives for umbraphiles, adventuring with artistic hoteliers, and of course, catalyzing shenanigans, and designing rituals for the new era. She currently is an MFA student at Naropa.

Dr. Larissa J. Maier, also known under the playa name Miss Renegade, just finished her postdoc at UCSF after 3.5 years where she hosted 55 meetings with the Psychedelic and Entheogen Academic Council (PEAC) at UCSF. She is one of the core members of the Global Drug Survey since 2014, a UNODC consultant, and a strong advocate for harm reduction, human rights, and freedom for all people. For her first two Burns in 2018 and 2019, she organized with Global Camp and helped create the Global Village. Given that most of her international friends could not travel in 2021, she launched a new camp called Burning 4 Love. After Plan B worked out so perfectly, she feels confirmed in her decision to follow her intuition and take a break from academia to travel to South America and tap into the wisdom of indigenous communities to help heal the world.

Mike Margolies is a psychedelic community catalyst and conversation creator. He is the Founder of Psychedelic Seminars and co-founder of the CryptoPsychedelic Summit. Mike started the Baltimore Psychedelic Society and has sparked and mentored similar groups around the world from San Francisco to DC to Portugal. He has contributed to a number of other projects as an event and media producer, writer, connector, and advisor.
