Mary-Anne has been Maggie O’Farrell’s editor since the beginning. She has worked with Andrea Levy, Patrick Gale and Deborah Moggach.

Rhea’s focus is commercial women’s fiction, from the latest TikTok sensation to book club fiction. She is passionate about representation and the importance of readers being able to see themselves in fiction. Prior to Orion, she worked at Head of Zeus, Headline and HQ.
