This workshop will focus on vocal techniques commonly used in Bluegrass as well as Old Time music. Topics to be covered include a number of helpful warm up tips and breathing techniques as well as methods for vocal control and articulation. Jesse will accompany himself with his guitar and demonstrate how to select keys based on vocal range. Most importantly, he will talk about focusing on the melody of the song, how to portray the melody, and how to elaborate on it. We look forward to seeing you there!
