This major section of the Course deepens our understanding of who we are, and who we are not. The idea of being a body is ingrained in us from the beginning. We don't know anything else, and everything we experience tells us that it's all real. The Course brings us along to the experience that we are actually not bodies, and that our true reality is far beyond the tiny speck of time and space we appear to occupy.
