Due to the continuous impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Emergency Communication Centers, we decided to postpone the Be the Difference 2022 Live conference in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Registrants, speakers and exhibitors will receive a separate notice regarding refunds. All hotel reservations will automatically be cancelled. No need to contact the hotel.

The NEW date and name of the conference: Be the Difference 2023 Live to be held from January 29, 2023 – February 1, 2023, at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach and Convention Center. We will be updating our website with the new information soon.

Even though we are postponing the in-person conference does not mean we are not having a conference. WE ARE GOING VIRTUAL! Our previous virtual conference was a huge success with over 4000 registered attendees and 20+ training sessions. We know and understand the importance of training and networking, so we are officially announcing the Be the Difference 2022 VIRTUAL Conference! It will be held Monday, January 31, 2022 – to Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Attendee registration will be required but it is FREE! Registration and more information will be available soon on our website.
